Early prototype

Made to be understood

Get closer.

An interactive study of how a laser cutting machine fits together. Move from the complete machine into its assemblies, follow a guided explanation of the laser, or explore the cutting and pallet-exchange sequence.

A researched visual reconstruction for exploration and explanation. Geometry and internal routing include approximations; the sequence is illustrative, not a calibrated simulation or an operating procedure.

  1. 01

    Follow the laser

Start “How the laser works” for a guided journey through the source, optics and cutting head.

  2. 02

    Look beneath the covers

Inspect the connected systems, separate assemblies and select parts to see their descriptions.

  3. 03

    See a machine cycle

Play the visual demonstration of cutting, parking and exchanging pallets, with pause and phase controls.
