If you use a project or contact form, the form includes the information you enter, such as your name, email address, organization, project context, and constraints. You can instead contact OAS directly at info@okanaganaisolutions.com.

Website forms are submitted through FormSubmit for delivery to the OAS email address. Form submission is not proof of inbox delivery. FormSubmit and the OAS email service process the submission to route the message. Do not send passwords, payment information, health information, or other sensitive material through the website form.

On the production domains, OAS uses a dedicated PostHog project in cookieless mode to understand page visits and a small set of explicit actions, such as opening a work example, selecting a service, clicking an email link, or beginning a form submission.

• Autocapture, session replay, heatmaps, error capture, performance capture, surveys, and person profiles are disabled.
• The analytics code does not read or send names, email addresses, messages, or other form values.
• Query strings and URL fragments are removed from stored URL and referrer fields. Standard campaign fields, such as a campaign source, may still be recorded.
• Local development and Vercel preview or alias traffic are excluded from production analytics.

Cookieless analytics still sends limited technical and usage information to PostHog so the service can produce aggregate reporting.

The website links to third-party sites and may open interactive experiences hosted as part of the OAS site. A third-party destination applies its own privacy practices once you leave this site.

The website does not offer user accounts, take payments, or identify anonymous visitors through the analytics integration.

You may ask about personal information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing info@okanaganaisolutions.com. A request may require enough information to locate the relevant message and verify that it concerns you.

Provider retention and legally required records may affect what can be deleted immediately. This notice will be updated if the website begins collecting materially different information.
